1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, “account” means the personal player profile registered with minion88; “platform” means the minion88 website and its gaming services; “game” includes slots, live dealer games, table games, instant games, lottery-style products, and sports betting markets; “bonus” means promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or another incentive; and “you” means the registered player.

Headings are provided for convenience and do not limit a clause. Words in the singular include the plural where appropriate. If a promotion or game has specific rules, those rules supplement these general terms. Where a direct conflict exists, the more specific rule applies to that promotion or game.

2 Account Eligibility

You may register only if you are aged 21 or above, have legal capacity, and are not prohibited from gambling by any law, court order, employment obligation, self-exclusion arrangement, or other restriction applicable to you. • You must register in your own name and provide truthful, complete, and current information.

• Employees, contractors, game suppliers, and persons able to influence an event may not wager where a conflict of interest exists.
• Minion88 may request proof of identity, age, address, payment ownership, or source of funds before allowing play or processing a withdrawal.

3 Account Security and Verification

You are responsible for keeping your username, password, device, and security credentials confidential. You must notify minion88 promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Activity completed through valid account credentials may be treated as authorised unless the circumstances reasonably indicate fraud or a security failure outside your control.

Minion88 may suspend access while identity, payment, or security checks are completed. Verification can include MyKad or passport review, proof of residential address, payment statements, and reasonable source-of-funds evidence. Documents must be clear, current, authentic, and unaltered. Failure to cooperate may delay transactions or lead to account restrictions.

4 Deposits, Balances, and Payment Methods

Deposits must come from a payment method held in your own name or otherwise lawfully controlled by you. Minion88 may support MYR transactions through methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Availability, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, and processing times may vary.

A deposit is not final until cleared and credited. Minion88 does not guarantee that every transaction will be instant. E-wallet deposits are commonly processed quickly, while bank checks, maintenance windows, compliance reviews, or network interruptions can cause delays. Chargebacks, reversed transfers, fraudulent funding, and deposits made in error may be deducted from the account balance.

Player balances do not earn interest. Minion88 is not a bank, remittance provider, or investment service, and an account must not be used primarily to move money without genuine gaming activity.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to sufficient cleared funds, completed wagering conditions, identity verification, fraud screening, and any transaction limits displayed on the platform. Where reasonably possible, withdrawals may be returned through the original deposit method. An alternative verified method may be required where a provider cannot receive payouts.

Minion88 may request additional documents before releasing funds, particularly for large, unusual, or higher-risk transactions. Bank processing times are outside the direct control of minion88. A pending request may be cancelled only where the platform permits it and before processing has begun. Any applicable fee or currency effect will be disclosed before confirmation where practicable.

6 Casino Games and Sports Betting

Before placing a wager, you must review the stake, selection, odds, potential return, and game rules. A wager is accepted only when recorded by minion88 and reflected in your betting history or game record. Odds may change before acceptance. Sports markets may include Liga Super Malaysia, EPL football, UFC, and other events made available from time to time.

Casino outcomes are determined under the rules of the relevant game. Return to Player percentages are long-term statistical measures and do not guarantee a return during any individual session. Live dealer decisions and official game records will be final unless there is clear evidence of a technical or operational error.

Sports wagers are settled using the official result and the market rules shown at the time of betting. Postponements, abandoned events, corrections, dead heats, player withdrawals, and venue changes may affect settlement. Minion88 may void a wager where an obvious pricing, market, software, or data-feed error occurred and acceptance at that price would be manifestly unfair.

7 Promotions, Bonuses, and Wagering

Each promotion is governed by its displayed terms. These may specify qualifying players, minimum deposits, eligible payment methods, wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum stakes, expiry periods, maximum convertible winnings, and withdrawal restrictions. You should review the complete conditions before opting in.

Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per person, household, device, payment method, and shared network. Bonus abuse includes coordinated accounts, low-risk hedging, opposite-side betting, irregular play designed solely to unlock credit, and use of multiple identities. Where reasonable evidence of abuse exists, minion88 may withhold the bonus, remove related winnings, or suspend involved accounts after review.

8 Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

You must use minion88 lawfully and fairly. Prohibited conduct includes fraud, collusion, match manipulation, money laundering, identity misuse, automated betting without authorisation, exploitation of software faults, interference with the platform, abusive conduct toward staff, and attempts to obtain confidential or restricted information.

You must not use a VPN, proxy, altered device location, or misleading document to evade eligibility, territorial, security, or self-exclusion controls. Minion88 may investigate suspicious behaviour, preserve relevant records, suspend transactions, void affected wagers, close accounts, and report matters where required by applicable obligations.

9 Responsible Gambling

Minion88 is intended for recreational use by adults aged 21 and above. You should gamble only with money you can afford to lose, set a budget before playing, take regular breaks, and never chase losses. Gambling must not be treated as a reliable source of income.

Players may request deposit limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion. A self-exclusion request may restrict access for the selected period and cannot ordinarily be reversed early. You must not attempt to bypass an active restriction by creating another account. Minion88 may contact a player, limit activity, or close an account where behaviour reasonably suggests harm or loss of control.

11 Platform Availability and Errors

Minion88 aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, provider outages, device incompatibility, internet disruption, cyber incidents, or events beyond reasonable control may affect access. You remain responsible for confirming whether a wager was accepted before attempting to place it again.

Where a technical fault produces an incorrect balance, payout, bonus, result, or price, minion88 may correct the record to the position that would reasonably have applied without the fault. Incorrectly credited funds do not become withdrawable property merely because they appear in an account.

12 Suspension and Account Closure

You may request account closure through customer support, subject to settlement of pending wagers and completion of required checks. Minion88 may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, failed verification, security concerns, payment disputes, prohibited conduct, responsible gambling reasons, or legal and operational requirements.

Where an account is closed, legitimate cleared funds will normally be returned after deductions lawfully due and completion of verification. Funds connected to fraud, chargebacks, prohibited activity, or unresolved ownership disputes may be withheld while the matter is investigated.

13 Liability and Player Responsibility

You accept the inherent risk of losing money through gambling. Subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded, minion88 is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, device failure, internet interruption, or decisions made based on general platform information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited.

You are responsible for maintaining control over your account, checking transaction and betting records, understanding game rules, and reporting apparent errors without unreasonable delay. Any complaint should include the relevant date, amount, game or event, and transaction or wager reference.

14 Changes to These Terms

Minion88 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect legal, regulatory, security, product, payment, or operational developments. Material changes will take effect from the published effective date. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not accept an amendment, you should stop using the platform and request account closure. Terms applying when a wager was accepted will ordinarily continue to govern that wager unless a correction is necessary to address fraud, illegality, or an obvious error.
